Survivors include his son, Larry Matthew (Scarlett) Marcum; brothers, Carlas (Leona) Marcum, Silas (Shirley) Marcum, Hiram (Janet) Marcum; sisters, Marcella (Richard) Townsend, and Geneva Baisden. Burial was December 4, 2006, in Spring Hill Cemetery.
