Born March 14, 1989, in Columbus, Ohio, he was the son of Bill Evans and Sandra Mullins. Survivors include his foster parents, Ralph and Marie Muncy; a sister, Brittany Parsley; three brothers, Joshua Muncy, Kristen Muncy, and Kenny Muncy. Burial January 4, 2009, Robertson Cemetery, Fort Gay.

Steele Jr., James David Steele, Samuel J. Steele and Carl W. Steele; nine sisters, Eloise Rinehart, Jessie Loraine Williamson, Betty Fay Williamson, Eulah Mae Duff, Arbra Della Blevins, Virgie Ruth Oshel, Charlotte Louise Lucas, Wanda Lanette Watts and Naomi Arlene Blankenship; three grandsons; two great-grandchildren. Burial February 4, 2009, in Elmwood Cemetery, Wayne.
