Kirk and Mary Wellman. preceded in death by her husband, Willis Donald Roberts, in 1984, and a sister, Geraldine Stevens. Survivors include five sons, William L. "Bill" Roberts and wife Lavonne, Donald L. Roberts and wife Jane, Robert D. Roberts, David M. Roberts and wife Lisa and Richard M. Roberts and wife Machell; four brothers, Joe Kirk, Andy Kirk, Tommy Kirk and John Kirk;one stepbrother, Eugene Wellman. Burial October 5, 2003, Roberts Family Cemetery in Louisa.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Pat and Jim Riley, and one sister, Stella Roush. Survivors include one daughter, Janet Smith; four sons, Dr. David M. Ross, Dr. Ronald N. Ross, Timothy "Bird Dog" Ross and Phillip "Shorty" Johnson; stepchildren, Sharon Johnson, Patricia Duke and Ed Johnson; two sisters, Sue Brothers and Catherine Costa. DIED - OCTOBER 3, 2003 ** GAIL BOOTH THOMPSON, 55, of Clarksville, Tennessee, formerly of Wayne. Born October 11, 1947, in Huntington, a daughter of Glenn Booth and Estelle Virginia Perdue Booth. Survivors include her husband, Lee; two sons and a daughter_in_law, Todd and Colleen McDonald Thompson and Eric Thompson, and one grandson, Ethan Thompson. A funeral mass was conducted on October 7,2003, at Trinity Episcopal Church in Clarksville. Her cremated remains were entombed in the church.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Thomas Meade Aldous and a brother-in-law, Walter Arick Neader. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Patricia Bias Arnett, of Kenova; one daughter, Michelle Arnett Kidder and her son, Cody Arnett; one son, Michael Arnett and his sons, Joshua and Jeremy Arnett.
