Medical Center. Born January 9, 1930, in Carter City, Ky., a daughter of the
late John McGinnis and Sarah McGinnis Hill. She was preceded in death by her
husband, Gene Blankenship and a brother, Eugene McGinnis. Survivors include a
daughter, Debby Cornwell; two sisters, Betty Burnett and husband Bill, and Fern
Burnett and husband Russell; two brothers, Robert McGinnis and wife Ann and
Thomas McGinnis and wife Judy. Burial was held February 5, 2005 in McGinnis
Family Cemetery, Smith Creek, Ky.
