Preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Eleanor Clay Frazier; husband, Wilburn Jenkins Ramey; three brothers and four sisters. Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl Martin; sons, Michael Scott Blair, W. DIED – APRIL 3, 2006 ** FREDERICK PEYTON MORGAN, 65, of Proctorville, OH, at the Huntington VA Medical Center. Born July 24, 1940, in Cabell County, WV. Preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Louise Morgan. Survivors include his wife, Sara Morgan; daughters, Vicki (Greg) Wood, Judy (Perry) Estep, and Tracy (Scott) McComas; seven grandchildren; and sister, Norma (Burris) Wright. Fred lovingly donated his body to the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University.

DIED – APRIL 3, 2006 ** CHRISTOPHER BRUCE "BUCK" CHAPMAN, 25, of Kermit. Born July 30, 1980, in South Williamson, KY.
