Preceded in death by two brothers, David and Roy Whitt and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dawie Earl and Mary McComas. Survivors include her husband James Robert McComas; a sister, Barbara Whitt Hamm; a brother, Millard Filmore Maynard, Jr.; 3 special nieces; a sister-in-law, Doris McComas Hill; a brother-in-law, Donald Eugene McComas; 8 grandchildren; 7 nephews.
